Job Summary

This permanent, full-time or part-time position in Königswinter seeks an IT Systems Technician to manage and support the client's IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include the crucial tasks of analyzing and resolving IT issues, delivered both on-site and via remote support, alongside the installation and configuration of new hardware, network technology, and VPN connections. A significant part of the role involves the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Server, Client systems, and Office 365 environments, including backup solutions. Beyond technical expertise, the role demands strong organizational and commercial acumen, requiring the candidate to handle administrative duties such as creating invoices, managing inventory, processing orders, and overseeing warranty and license renewals. The ideal candidate must hold a completed IT Specialist apprenticeship or equivalent, possess specific knowledge of Microsoft systems and networking, and demonstrate excellent German language proficiency and a structured, customer-focused approach.
