Job Summary
This critical role involves leading a team of 2 to 6 employees in the installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of data networks and passive IT infrastructure within buildings for regional business customers. Key daily tasks include connecting information and telecommunication end devices, performing electrotechnical measurements, troubleshooting system disturbances, and documenting work accurately for billing purposes. The successful candidate will act as the primary on-site contact for customers, plan and organize employee deployment, and provide necessary training and guidance to team members. Required qualifications include vocational training as an Electrician (Energy and Building Technology or IT/Telecommunications Technology), a valid Class B driver's license, and initial leadership experience. Required Skills
Education
Vocational training as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology, Electrical Installer, Electrician for Information and Telecommunications Technology, or Industrial Electrician (Operating Technology). Ideally, further training as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsman.
