Job Summary

This role is critical for the technical feasibility team at Ilsenburger Grobblech GmbH, focusing on the production of heavy plates. The Technical Specification Engineer supports the technical coding of ongoing customer orders, ensuring the implementation of necessary technologies, testing, and certification requirements for production. Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-departmental specification checks, collaborating closely with Sales and Development teams, and continuously developing the SAP-based order coding system. A core function involves reviewing the feasibility of new customer inquiries and specifications against established technical standards and regulations to form the basis for accurate quotations. Candidates must possess a degree in a relevant engineering field (such as Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering), demonstrate high technical aptitude, and have initial professional experience in the manufacturing sector, ideally within the steel industry.
