Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Project Manager to take full responsibility for electrical engineering projects within the rail sector, managing the entire lifecycle from initial order receipt through to project closure. Day-to-day activities involve independently coordinating, prioritizing, and planning all project phases, while providing technical leadership to the project team, including site managers and fitters. A critical component of the role is comprehensive project controlling, which includes meticulous planning of resources and budgets, monitoring progress, and proactively managing technical and operational risks. The ideal candidate must hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering and possess profound practical knowledge in generating circuit diagrams and parts lists for electrical switchgear using ERP systems. This position offers responsible tasks within an innovative and growing company, requiring strong leadership, negotiation skills, and fluent German proficiency.
