This role is pivotal in shaping and expanding the emerging business field of Electrical and Building Technology Testing Services. Day-to-day responsibilities include disciplinary leadership of business field leaders and scheduling teams, collaborating with other Local Field Managers on complex customer orders, and driving sales initiatives in cooperation with the Sales Director to secure and expand market share. The manager will proactively contribute to business field strategy and performance enhancement, holding full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility. Key qualifications include proven expertise in technical testing services, experience in team leadership, strong business acumen, and a talent for coordinating complex processes.
