Job Summary

This role as an Electrical Engineering Specialist involves ensuring the safety and quality of electrical installations and operational equipment within commercial and industrial environments for TÜV Rheinland. Day-to-day tasks include conducting rigorous inspections and tests on electrical systems, machinery, and devices, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and standards. A core responsibility is drafting expert opinions and technical statements covering the entire lifecycle of various electrical assets. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, ideally certified as a Master Craftsman or Technician, coupled with initial professional experience working with electrical systems, such as control cabinet construction. This position offers flexible working hours and a strong work-life balance, as assignments are typically local to the employee’s residence, utilizing a company car for travel.
