Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive IT infrastructure management, focusing heavily on server and endpoint administration within a large regional bank. The specialist will be responsible for the administration and support of Windows Servers and associated client-server applications, as well as managing mobile endpoints. Key daily activities include monitoring, reporting, and documenting processes according to ITIL standards, and actively participating in Change and Incident Management. A critical component of the job is coordinating external service providers to structure and expand the existing IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in IT or equivalent qualification, coupled with several years of experience in Windows Client-Server systems, Active Directory, PowerShell, MSSQL, and Web servers (IIS/Apache Tomcat). Strong German language skills (C1 minimum) and a service-oriented mindset are essential for success in this demanding and varied position.
