Job Summary

This crucial role involves acting as an expert witness, responsible for the rigorous testing and evaluation of complex electrical systems within industrial, commercial, and specialized buildings. Key daily tasks include assessing safety power supplies, fire alarm systems, and hazard detection installations. You will be expected to create comprehensive expert reports detailing the safety status of these systems directly at client locations and provide specialized consulting on all matters related to electrical engineering and building regulations. This position is situated within TÜV Rheinland's Industrial Service and Cybersecurity division, offering a varied and interesting scope within the Real Estate sector, often granting access to otherwise restricted areas. The successful candidate must hold an engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, possess strong knowledge of relevant technical standards (DIN, VDE, VDI), and demonstrate excellent communication skills for client interaction and report generation.
