Job Summary

This role involves supporting environmental measurement technology and air pollution control by preparing and executing tests, primarily assisting the responsible test engineer, or independently managing smaller assignments. Key responsibilities include conducting quality checks on measurement and testing equipment and gases according to the Quality Management system, and meticulously documenting the results. The technician will also be responsible for maintenance and repair of testing equipment, assisting with planning, procurement, and provision of lab resources, and supporting emission measurements, data evaluation, and report generation. Candidates should have a completed technical vocational education (e.g., Electrician, Industrial Foreman, or related fields like environmental protection or control engineering), ideally with initial professional experience in device testing and maintenance. Strong German language skills and a Class B driver's license are mandatory for this position, which requires self-reliance and willingness to travel for multi-day assignments.
