The successful candidate will serve as the commercial and legal head of the organization, working closely with the musical/pedagogical director. Key responsibilities include representing the association externally, overseeing all personnel matters, managing the entire school administration, and maintaining full responsibility for budget, cash, and accounting, including drafting the annual budget plan and handling legal and statutory affairs. Candidates must possess a degree as a Diploma Administrator or Administrative Specialist (BL II) and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
