Job Summary

This role involves leading and executing complex data migration projects within an industrial environment, often partnering with the aerospace sector. The Manager will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, including planning, coordination, and monitoring, with a critical focus on managing Go-Live phases as a Cutover Manager. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing, integrating, and harmonizing complex data structures, ensuring high data quality across large volumes, and developing strategies for non-migrated data. A key component of the job is robust interface management, acting as the liaison between business units, IT, and project leadership. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in relevant fields (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) and significant professional experience in migration, change, or transformation projects, coupled with expertise in data migration tools and project management methodologies (both classical and agile).
