Job Summary

This full-time role involves independent management and execution of complex electrical engineering projects, primarily focusing on plant construction and building equipment within the German rail infrastructure (Deutsche Bahn environment). The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing systems such as 50Hz power, lighting, fire alarm, and security systems. Day-to-day duties include ensuring projects are completed technically flawlessly, on schedule, and economically, conducting rigorous quality, cost, and schedule controls, and managing all necessary project documentation (e.g., site diaries and measurements). A crucial part of the role is coordinating materials, internal staff, and external subcontractors, while communicating effectively with clients, including preparing for and conducting project acceptance. Candidates must hold a successful qualification as a skilled worker or master craftsman in an electrical trade, or possess extensive relevant experience, along with practical expertise in the installation and commissioning of electrical systems.
