This role at TÜV Rheinland involves taking independent responsibility for the planning and execution of hygiene and microbiological investigations within technical systems and buildings. The Expert Assessor will be crucial in ensuring functional safety and regulatory compliance, particularly focusing on evaporative cooling systems, cooling towers, and wet scrubbers. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk analyses according to the Drinking Water Ordinance, performing hygiene inspections (VDI 6022), and creating detailed, complex expert reports, offers, and assessments. The position requires strong qualifications, such as a university degree in Engineering (Process Engineering or Environmental Hygiene preferred) or a relevant Master/Technician certification, coupled with professional expertise in plant mechanics.
