This role serves as the crucial link between customers, production, and development within a specialized information and data management company focused on the insurance sector. The Customer Process and Data Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth project execution and optimal customer support. Daily tasks involve planning and coordinating customer requirements, actively participating in process analysis and penetration, and advising clients on interpreting reports and deviation analyses. A key part of the job is structuring and prioritizing customer requests for the development team and leading new customer projects from initiation through independent management. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in internal processes, data flows, and automation, coupled with secure German language skills.
