ServiceNow Administrator and Developer (IT Service Management) | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced ServiceNow Administrator and Developer to drive the conception, operation, and continuous enhancement of the multi-stage ServiceNow platform, specifically supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) processes. Key responsibilities include operating the Dev/Test/Prod environments, implementing custom extensions (Business Rules, Workflows, Client Scripts), handling 2nd-level support and root cause analysis for complex technical issues, and managing semi-annual ServiceNow upgrades and associated impact analyses. The successful candidate will act as the vital interface between platform owners, module owners (ITSM/SPM/ITAM), and external vendors, ensuring stable architecture and functional deployments. Candidates must possess a strong IT background, multi-year experience with ServiceNow platform development, and a solid understanding of ITIL processes.
