Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced leader to take on the Head of IT Service Division position at the state university, Hochschule Hamm-Lippstadt. The successful candidate will assume technical leadership, guiding a motivated team while overseeing the operational day-to-day business and strategic planning for IT services. Core responsibilities include managing user and application support, endpoint management, IT documentation, PKI, printer services, identity management, and IT contract management. Collaboration with the Digital Transformation and Data Center divisions is essential for optimizing central IT topics like process and project management. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with demonstrable initial professional experience in a leadership capacity. Strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and excellent knowledge of standard IT infrastructure systems (Server, Storage, Network) and Project Management are mandatory.
