Job Summary
This exciting Working Student role in Production offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry, starting in January 2026 for 12 months (max 18 hours/week). The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining high quality standards by creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and risk analyses, ensuring all work adheres strictly to GMP-compliant documentation and archiving protocols. Key responsibilities include supporting validation planning, coordinating sample shipment, and actively contributing to process improvements through Change and CAPA measures. Applicants must be currently pursuing studies in Natural Sciences or Engineering and possess excellent communication skills. While initial experience in a GMP environment is beneficial, the role is designed to deepen theoretical knowledge through practical application, working closely with seasoned professionals. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office, making this a valuable position for career orientation and professional development.
