Job Summary
This role is essential for maintaining and developing the company's robust IT infrastructure, focusing heavily on cloud technologies. The System Administrator will be responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of technical solutions within the AZURE Cloud environment. Daily tasks include comprehensive service delivery such as managing the MS Teams and SharePoint environment, performing user administration within Microsoft O365, and handling 1st and 2nd level support for technical issues. The position also involves administering the network infrastructure, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (AVD), and ensuring the configuration and monitoring of all hardware and software assets. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, a service-oriented mindset, and expertise in Microsoft Cloud technologies and Server Operating Systems. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist and/or a completed degree in (Business) Informatics, IT Security, or a comparable technical field.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT System Administration
- Experience with First and Second Level Support
- Experience in implementing and operating AZURE Cloud Infrastructure
- Professional experience in Microsoft O365 user administration
