This highly dynamic role as a Technical Support Specialist requires extensive international travel (approximately 75%) to customer locations across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. The core responsibilities involve the on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support of advanced biotechnology systems, instruments, and software. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to electronic, mechanical, and IT components, conducting customer training sessions, and performing pre-shipment quality assurance checks. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, possesses strong technical aptitude, and is proficient in analytical troubleshooting. Required Skills
