Job Summary
This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of complex hardware components through rigorous testing and fault diagnosis. The successful candidate will execute tests according to defined specifications and standards, meticulously identify and diagnose faults within the hardware, and document all testing outcomes by creating detailed inspection reports. A key responsibility involves assisting with the maintenance and updates of test stations. Furthermore, you will work closely with the development team to resolve identified errors and continuously improve overall product quality. Key requirements include a technical education in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Drives, coupled with practical experience in developing and executing hardware component tests. The position requires proficiency in both German and English for seamless communication, alongside strong analytical thinking, problem-solving competence, and a commitment to high quality standards. This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexible working hours and a supportive team environment.
