Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position in Vienna seeks an experienced HVAC Design Technician to manage and execute projects across heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems (HKLS/MEP). The role involves close collaboration with management, overseeing the project lifecycle from initial site inspection and creation of technical offers to final billing and settlement. Key day-to-day activities include performing detailed AutoCAD constructions for HKLS systems, managing material disposition, and handling essential commissioning, maintenance, repair, and service work. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate documentation of services and managing smaller daily or weekly construction sites, including contracts for the City of Vienna. The ideal profile requires a completed technical education and professional experience in the HKLS field, coupled with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity for independent, committed work within a supportive team.
