Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role involves driving the strategy and execution of New Work and Occupational Health Management (BGM) initiatives within a leading European provider of stamping and sealing technology. The coordinator will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing BGM and New Work goals, and subsequently planning, organizing, and executing related events, training sessions, and lectures, including team events and the SPÄH Business Run. Key operational tasks include coordinating general training through the SPÄH Academy, managing reporting and success control for BGM measures, and overseeing the company restaurant, KARMA, including organization and analysis. The ideal candidate is an innovation driver with strong organizational and communication skills, possessing relevant commercial or healthcare qualifications and experience in health management. This position offers the chance to work in an innovative, third-generation, owner-managed company with flat hierarchies.
