Job Summary

This role involves the holistic planning and coordination of infrastructure projects, specifically focusing on technical building equipment (TBE). The Facility Management Engineer will independently manage key areas such as electrical planning, fire protection, security, and climate control technology. Key responsibilities include efficient project steering, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and overseeing the commissioning of new systems, including defect-free acceptance and documentation. A major focus is optimizing existing facilities for energy efficiency and ease of maintenance, alongside creating technical foundations for structured data and information management. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or similar fields, or possesses equivalent qualifications (Technician/Master Craftsman) with relevant professional experience, particularly in building or electrical technology projects. Strong communication skills in both German and English are required for collaboration with internal and external partners.
