Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Technical Building Services Planner specializing in the design and implementation of storage heat pump systems within buildings. The successful candidate will be involved in the entire development process of individualized storage heat pumps, taking responsibility for the planning of various technical systems including heating, cooling, ventilation, and domestic hot water. Daily tasks involve performing complex calculations and dimensioning, overseeing construction sites to ensure technical compliance, and coordinating projects with architects, specialist planners, and sales teams for proposal generation. Key requirements include a degree or technical certification in energy, supply, or building services engineering, professional experience in technical building equipment (TGA), and proficiency in relevant planning software.
