Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to drive technological progress by ensuring the smooth operation and regulatory compliance of technical systems, ideally within the energy, oil, or petrochemical sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining technical specifications, planning and documenting comprehensive maintenance and inspection schedules, coordinating external service providers and monitoring organizations, and managing the associated budget. The leader is also crucial in analyzing complex faults, implementing effective solutions, and guiding minor projects and plant modifications. Candidates must possess a strong technical education (Master Craftsman/Technician level) and proven experience in a technical environment, coupled with excellent organizational skills, clear communication, and a profound sense of safety and responsibility. Education
Completed technical training with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician, or equivalent qualification.
