Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Process Planner to drive innovation in high-voltage battery production for a major automotive OEM. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and optimizing manufacturing processes, covering critical areas such as assembly, bonding, painting, and foaming, ensuring adherence to strict time, cost, and quality targets. Day-to-day tasks involve managing equipment within their line section, from initial specification and design through to ordering and handover to industrialization teams. A core function is the development of standardized technical solutions and acting as a critical interface, mediating decisions between development, planning, and operations teams. Furthermore, the role requires ensuring cross-site knowledge exchange and the implementation of best practices (Lessons Learned) across the production network. This position requires a degree in a relevant engineering discipline, professional experience in implementing manufacturing systems, and offers a permanent contract with significant opportunities for professional growth within the automotive industry.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or Industrial Engineering

Experience
