Job Summary

This role is dedicated to driving productivity and efficiency through continuous process optimization within production environments. The specialist will be responsible for the further development of work measurement systems, including conducting detailed time and workflow studies to determine standard times using REFA methodologies. Key activities involve analyzing material flow and value streams, developing target processes, and documenting standard time catalogs. You will proactively identify optimization potential across departments and lead the implementation of derived measures. A core function is the continuous application of Lean principles to reduce waste and manage cross-departmental productivity and optimization projects. The position also focuses on improving workplace ergonomics and efficient workspace design to boost overall output. The ideal candidate brings professional experience in production, strong knowledge of Lean Management, and ideally holds the REFA Specialist qualification or is willing to obtain it. Success requires a high degree of hands-on mentality and strong collaboration skills for effective project work.
