Job Summary

This leadership position requires a seasoned professional to take charge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management, supporting plant operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting technical equipment and operating procedures for safety concerns, developing and conducting essential HSE training and sensitization programs for employees, and performing detailed audits and inspections. A core function is the identification, assessment, and management of environmental, health, and safety risks, driving measures to reduce risk and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization. Candidates must hold a relevant degree (e.g., Engineering or Safety Technology) and bring several years of experience in a leading HSE role, combined with expert knowledge of current HSE legislation and fluency in German and English.
