Job Summary

This role involves performing crucial chemical, microbiological, and sensory analyses of liquid food products, as well as testing auxiliary and operating materials. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for sampling, preparing laboratory examinations, and conducting environmental controls. A key component of the job is the meticulous documentation and evaluation of test results, ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations within the laboratory environment. Furthermore, the role supports quality control of food products according to legal requirements and assists in implementing Quality Assurance (QA) measures. Candidates should possess a completed vocational training as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA) or equivalent qualification, coupled with professional experience in the food industry, preferably in the dairy sector.
