Job Summary

This role involves joining a leading global specialty chemicals company focused on innovation and sustainability, located in Witten. The Chemical Laboratory Technician will be responsible for executing various laboratory analyses, including titrations, physical and electrochemical measurements, chromatography, and water analysis. A key part of the role involves assisting with the practical and theoretical instruction of apprentices and interns, contributing to the development of future talent. Daily tasks also include general lab management, such as the disposal of samples and waste, coordinating sample shipments, and procuring necessary working materials, consumables, chemicals, and spare parts. Candidates require a completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or Chemical Technician, along with at least three years of relevant professional experience, particularly with knowledge of polyester, fats, and oils. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is also required.
