Job Summary

This full-time role involves the comprehensive installation, commissioning, maintenance, and operation of IT communications (ITK) systems, including specific platforms like Mitel, innovaphone, Starface, and estos. The technician will be responsible for independent project management, integrating security and communication solutions directly at customer sites, and ensuring smooth operations through effective troubleshooting and error resolution. A key aspect of the role is providing excellent customer support, both remotely and on-site, and coordinating regularly with the sales team to ensure successful project execution. Ideal candidates possess a completed IT qualification or equivalent experience, strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in troubleshooting complex ITK environments.
