Job Summary

The State Building Authority Schweinfurt is seeking a dedicated Civil Engineering Technician specializing in Road Planning to join their team. This role involves comprehensive technical work, including processing preliminary investigations, developing preliminary drafts, and managing execution planning for federal and state road construction projects. A key part of the job is assisting with the procurement and awarding of engineering services and expert reports (such as ground surveys), as well as supervising and monitoring external engineering firms throughout the planning phases. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as a Civil Engineering Technician, preferably specializing in Civil Engineering (Tiefbau), coupled with strong MS Office skills and desirable knowledge of CAD, specifically iTWO-Civil. The position requires a highly structured, responsible, and cooperative approach, excellent teamwork skills, and a Class B driver's license.
