This role seeks a technically skilled professional to serve as a 2nd Level IT Support Specialist, focusing on the administration and maintenance of robust Windows and/or Linux environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include the analysis, processing, and resolution of complex technical disruptions within the IT infrastructure, encompassing network and server systems. The specialist will also be crucial in implementing security policies, optimizing system performance using monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Checkmk), and collaborating closely with 1st and 3rd level teams on escalations and new technology rollouts. You will contribute to the planning and implementation of system and network architectures and participate in projects like migrations and automation initiatives. Key qualifications require current expertise in OS administration, network infrastructure, and collaboration tools like Office365 and MS Teams.
