Job Summary

This role seeks a technically proficient IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary contact for complex issues within Windows and Linux environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include the administration, monitoring, and performance optimization of server systems, network infrastructure, and collaboration tools like Office365 and MS Teams. You will be responsible for in-depth analysis and resolution of technical malfunctions, collaborating closely with 1st and 3rd level support teams to ensure seamless operations. A key aspect of the role involves contributing to the planning, implementation, and documentation of system and network architectures, including participation in major projects such as rollouts and migrations. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef), and security solutions (SIEM, EDR). Exceptional German language skills (C1 minimum) are mandatory, alongside a proactive approach to continuous learning and a willingness to travel for project support.
