Job Summary

This role is designed for a skilled professional passionate about the future of mobility, focusing on testing cutting-edge automotive software and vehicle electronics (E/E) systems. The Test Manager will be responsible for defining, executing, and overseeing test strategies for complex E/E architectures, supporting key areas like autonomous driving and e-mobility. Daily tasks include planning and conducting test cases, coordinating test drives (including prototype vehicles), managing test environments (hardware and software), and performing detailed defect analysis and tracking. A critical component is the coordination of internal and external service providers and comprehensive test result reporting. Candidates must hold a relevant technical degree and an essential ISTQB certification. Success requires fundamental knowledge of diagnostic tools (e.g., CANalyzer, OBD) and standards like ASPICE and ISO 26262. The position requires professional fluency (C1 level) in both German and English.
