Job Summary

This role seeks an Information Electronics Technician, or a career changer with strong technical aptitude and a hands-on mentality, to join a service center team focused on cutting-edge home automation and consumer electronics. Day-to-day responsibilities involve acting as the primary field technician for the installation, service, and maintenance of Loxone smart home systems, as well as setting up satellite/cable reception facilities, network infrastructure, and video surveillance technology. The position also includes essential customer service tasks such as performing minor repairs, delivering and installing new devices (TVs and household appliances), and specializing in the repair of coffee machines and television sets. Key requirements include completed electro-technical training, strong mechatronic knowledge, excellent customer orientation, and good PC application skills (MS Office). The successful candidate must also possess a Class B driving license for field service duties. This position offers a stable, team-oriented environment with a permanent contract, performance-based compensation, 30 days of vacation, and the provision of a service vehicle and work clothes, alongside intensive training and targeted professional development opportunities.
