Job Summary

The Specialist POS Systems / Payment will join the main administration team in Düsseldorf, focusing on managing and optimizing the company's payment infrastructure within the catering sector. This role involves acting as the primary consultant for Sales and Operations regarding all payment-related issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the entire payment area in coordination with the Holding company's Finance department, supporting operational colleagues with challenges related to cash registers, terminals, and validators, and ensuring strict adherence to internal payment procedural instructions. The specialist reports directly to the Commercial Managing Director, preparing strategic proposals for departmental development. The ideal candidate must possess a completed commercial degree or apprenticeship, coupled with a minimum of five years of professional experience in a similar industry. This position offers a professional work environment, flat hierarchies, 30 days of vacation, and an excellent work-life balance, with the workday ending early on Fridays.
