Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Head of Risk and Deputy AML Officer to join a Zurich-based investment and portfolio management firm specializing in structured products and Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs). This strategic role requires an in-depth understanding of the Swiss regulatory environment, including FinSA, FinIA, AMLA, and AMLO-FINMA. Day-to-day responsibilities involve designing, implementing, and continuously improving the company’s Risk Management Framework in compliance with FINMA and SRO standards. You will also serve as the Deputy AML Officer, ensuring full adherence to CDD/KYC requirements and ongoing monitoring. The successful candidate must possess 7+ years of experience in risk management or compliance within financial institutions and a proven track record of supervising AMC structures. This position offers involvement in innovative structured product initiatives, exposure to complex cross-border legal frameworks, and a competitive environment within a regulated international team.
