Job Summary

This role involves the electrical advancement and standardization of Batteriespeicher (battery storage) products for a company specializing in medium to large-scale battery storage systems (3 MWh to 50 MWh+). The professional will be responsible for incorporating improvements from previous versions, integrating new requirements, and creating essential manufacturing and testing documentation. Key daily tasks include the conception, setup, commissioning, and testing of prototypes and test stands, alongside rigorous documentation of design development and product concepts. Candidates should possess strong technical expertise, knowledge of relevant industry standards, and ideally experience with E-CAD software. This position offers a chance to actively shape the global energy transition, work within flat hierarchies, and contribute to the development of future energy technologies in Dresden, with minimal travel required.
