Job Summary

This role is vital for advancing new pharmaceutical therapies by focusing on the development and execution of cell-based bioassays within a strict Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment. The Technical Officer will be responsible for essential laboratory work involving cell cultures and viruses, handling materials up to Risk Group S2. Key daily tasks include the active maintenance and continuous improvement of the GMP system, which involves the qualification and routine servicing of laboratory equipment, alongside the creation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Candidates must possess a strong background as a Biological-Technical Assistant (BTA), Biological Laboratory Technician, or hold a B.Sc. in Biology/Biotechnology. Success in this position requires highly structured, goal-oriented work habits, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and excellent teamwork skills.
