Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced IT System Engineer specializing in hybrid Windows systems, network technologies, and IT security, based in Freiburg. The core responsibilities include the design, installation, and configuration of IT systems, alongside continuous monitoring, performance analysis, and optimization to ensure high availability. A critical component of the job involves creating and implementing robust IT security guidelines and handling documentation for all system changes. Furthermore, the engineer will provide 2nd level support to the Service Desk and assume technical project leadership for various IT infrastructure initiatives. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent vocational training, coupled with practical knowledge in Microsoft hybrid environments and profound expertise in networking, ideally within a Cisco environment. Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification; alternatively, completed vocational training as an IT Specialist with relevant professional experience
