Job Summary

This permanent position seeks a dedicated IT Field Service Technician to provide critical on-site support across various customer locations in Bavaria, operating within the vicinity of their residence. The primary duties include driving to customer sites to handle troubleshooting, repairs, and direct support for specific IT malfunctions. The technician is responsible for processing incoming support tickets, managing coordination with internal logistics, and ordering necessary spare parts or replacement components to ensure customer IT infrastructure remains operational. Successful candidates must demonstrate very strong IT knowledge, particularly in System Integration, Support, and IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) procedures. Key technical requirements include proficiency in Windows environments, device management, and utilizing ticketing systems. This role requires fluent German language skills and a valid driver's license to service customer locations.
