Successful candidates must demonstrate very strong IT knowledge, particularly in System Integration, Support, and IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) procedures. Key technical requirements include proficiency in Windows environments, device management, and utilizing ticketing systems. This role requires fluent German language skills and a valid driver's license to service customer locations.
