Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Field Service Technician to provide essential hands-on support, troubleshooting, and repair services across various customer sites located near your residence in Bavaria. The day-to-day responsibilities involve independently driving to locations to address specific IT malfunctions, processing direct support tickets, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal logistics, including ordering necessary spare parts and repair components to maintain customer IT infrastructure. To excel in this position, candidates must possess very strong foundational IT knowledge, particularly in System Integration, IT Support, and the IMACD lifecycle (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission). Required technical competencies include proficiency with Windows operating systems, Device Management, and efficient use of ticketing systems. This position offers a permanent contract, intensive onboarding, and the opportunity to join a supportive team, making it ideal for a dedicated technician who is fluent in German and comfortable with local travel.
