Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Field Service Technician to provide essential on-site support across various customer locations in Bavaria. The core responsibilities involve traveling within the vicinity of your residence to address IT malfunctions, performing troubleshooting, repairs, and providing direct customer support. You will manage and process incoming support tickets, collaborate closely with internal logistics for part ordering (including replacements and repair components), and ensure the customer's IT infrastructure remains functional. Success in this position requires excellent technical knowledge in system integration, support methodologies, and IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) processes, coupled with proven proficiency in Windows environments, device management, and ticketing systems. This is a permanent position offering intensive onboarding, long-term career development, and the potential for direct takeover by the client.
