Job Summary
The specialist will provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to internal employees of an international mechanical engineering group based in Winterthur. Day-to-day tasks include resolving disturbances, managing tickets in the system, coordinating technicians, and escalating complex issues to 3rd Level Support and Engineering. You will also manage user accounts, permissions, and mutations for new and existing staff. Crucially, you will collaborate with the team to maintain the entire ICT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations. This role is highly varied, offering participation in diverse projects such as process optimization, migrations, and rollouts, providing excellent professional development opportunities within an employee-oriented company.

Experience
- Professional experience in 1st and 2nd Level IT Support
