Job Summary

The Energy Engineer will be crucial in developing customized solutions for grid connections, focusing on diverse infrastructure like wind farms, charging stations, and industrial facilities. Day-to-day tasks involve creating concepts for grid connections and metering systems, managing complex energy industry topics such as Redispatch 2.0 and feed-in tariffs, and overseeing the entire process of grid connection and usage contracts. The role requires balancing both technical and economic requirements while actively contributing expertise and ideas to cross-departmental projects and working groups. Ideal candidates possess a completed university degree or equivalent qualification. Preference is given to those with knowledge of grid operations and energy industry regulations, coupled with practical experience working with various energy-related systems. This is a full-time, permanent position offering significant flexibility, including the potential for three days of home office per week after successful onboarding, within a renowned energy company.
