This role is for a proactive IT Systems Specialist at NEXTWERK, an innovative IT system house focused on developing smart and green IT solutions. You are expected to be a 'digital cathedral builder,' moving beyond routine maintenance to actively shape infrastructure and optimize processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging in exciting projects, supporting customers with tailored hardware and software solutions, and expertly maintaining existing network landscapes. A core part of the job involves designing, implementing, and administering critical network components, including firewall and proxy systems. You will also provide 1st and 2nd level customer support, occasionally on-site, and contribute to internal process optimization projects. The ideal candidate holds a completed IT qualification, possesses practical experience in IT support and ticketing systems, and demonstrates strong self-motivation and a hands-on mentality.
