Job Summary

This role requires a skilled Master Electrician or Technician to step into a leadership position as the Team Leader for Electrical Assembly. You will be responsible for managing a small team (3-4 employees), overseeing the disposition of work tasks, ensuring timely project completion, and providing regular reports to the Production Manager. A significant part of the role involves hands-on electrical work, including control cabinet construction, electrical integration within specialized vehicle conversions, wiring complex systems, troubleshooting faults, and cable assembly, often involving robotics components. Furthermore, you will act as an instructor for Electrical Engineer apprentices. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in electrical assembly, maintenance, and team leadership, coupled with fundamental knowledge of production workflows, structured work methods, and strong communication skills.
