The role demands establishing a Tech Radar and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), making quick and transparent 'Build vs. Buy' decisions, and standardizing operational excellence through Observability (OpenTelemetry), monitoring, and CI/CD processes to optimize the Developer Experience. Candidates must possess a strong hands-on mentality, actively contributing code using technologies like Kubernetes, Java/TypeScript, PHP Laravel, and Python.
