This role is for a dedicated Construction Manager specializing in Sports Facilities, focusing on the execution of diverse new construction and renovation projects across sports, pools, and leisure architecture. Day-to-day responsibilities involve independent site management, coordinating construction companies, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, monitoring quality standards, and handling comprehensive construction documentation and final acceptance procedures. Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a Master Builder qualification, coupled with multi-year experience in construction practice and project management, ideally within sports facilities. Strong knowledge of VOB and experience working with public clients are essential.
